I live in Fukushima prefecture.
Here is the countryside and rich in nature.
There is a hill in the back of my house.
Any wild bird,such as a pheasant,live in the hill.
They dosen't appear around the hill on rainy days.

You mean to say "Fukushima is in the countryside and is rich in nature." Yes?
Any Wild birds, such as a pheasants, live on the hill.
"In" would mean that they live inside of the hill. 丘の中に。
"On" means that they live on top of the hill. 丘の上に。
Are there a lot of trees? They could live in the trees on the hill?
They doesn't appear around the hill on rainy days.

It was raining where I live too (Boston, U.S.)! But I was happy because the bugs went away. :D
