It was my first experience of a presentation in English.
I felt so tense but I think it became a good meeting.
My teacher came from England.
He pronounce clearly and speak easily so I can understand him.
My study was about mechanism design, especially about auction systems, last year.
I explained to him the model of an auction and how to evaluate it.
He said it was interesting so I felt happy :)
I am not sure what theme I would study in next two years as a graduate student.
I am supposed to decide it before summer.
I have still so much time that I will do it in no hurry.
Please correct my sentences if you know better expressions.

昨日初めて英語で発表した。緊張したけれど良いミーティングになったと思う。
僕の担当教授はイギリス人でとても綺麗な英語を話す。
それでもゆっくり話してもらわないとあまり理解できない。
もっと聞くことに慣れないと行けない。
次の研究対象を決めるまでまだ猶予があるのでゆっくり決めようと思う。

Thinking big for my future
Yesterday, I presented my study to my professor. It was the first time I'm doing a presentation in English.
I felt so nervous but I think everything turned out well.
My professor came from England.
You can also say, "My professor is a native of England." if he was, in fact. :)
He pronounces words clearly and speaks fluidly and in a manner I could comprehend.
My study was about mechanism design, specifically about the auction systems of last year.
I explained the model of an auction, and the means of evaluating it.
He said it was interesting so I felt happy on the inside.
Now, I am not sure what field I would be going into in the next two years as a graduate student.
And I am supposed to come up with a decision before summer.
But I still have much time for that so for now, no worries for me. I am in no hurry. I just hope everything turns out well for me.
