Today I met my friend who works as a freshman for an hour.

After our talk was finished, I met other friends in 8 persons from college.

Today I meet up with my friends.
He is very smart so I learn a lot about business.
Later I went out with 8 of my friends from college.
I haven't seen my friends for a long time, so its nice to catch up with each other!
Today I met my friend, we chatted for an hour. He who works as a (freshman?).
Freshman is like 学校の一年せい. I'm not sure what word you are looking for.
He is very intelligent, so I get to learn a lot of knowledge about business from him.
After we finished talking, I met up with eight other friends in 8 persons from my college.
I haven't seen them for a long time, so I enjoyed the conversations.
"I enjoyed the conversations" just means you just like talking with them, you might not like the person(maybe they smell bad!). I would say "I enjoyed their company", that means you like being around them.
I try to use "I enjoyed their company".
