This weekend the Kelvingrove Park has held a event called O2 Glasgow Mela.
这周末在Kelvingrove公园举行了一个叫做O2 Glasgow Mela的活动。
It is a multi-culture festival which gives free dancing& singing performance;
这是一个融合了多元文化的庆祝活动，有免费的歌舞表演；
saris (a kind of Indian dress worn by females, the textiles are so beautiful!!!!!) are sold in stores.
小店里出售纱丽（一种印度女性穿的裙子，织物都很漂亮！）
Women are wearing their saris look so fabulous.I even want to buy one for myself;
女人们穿着漂亮的纱丽，我甚至想给自己买一件；
all kinds of foods include English fast food like fish& chips, and traditional Indian food are offered.
出售各种各样的食品，包括英国快餐炸鱼和薯条，还有传统印度食品。
I also bought some Indian food, lamb with naan. I don't know what it's called but it tastes really nice.
我买了点印度食品，羊肉和馕，不知道叫什么但很好吃。
Indian people are a large group in Britain, this is my first time saw so many of them get together today.
印度人在英国是很大的一个群体，我第一次见到这么多印度人聚集在一起。
These performances are very new to me, because in China it is difficult to meet Indian people, and I don't know much about South Asia culture.
这些表演对我来说很新鲜，因为在中国并不能接触到什么印度人，而且对南亚的文化一知半解。
However these unique characteristics of race, religion, dressing, music and food can be experienced a bit in Britain!
反而这些人种、宗教、着装、音乐、食物方面的独特之处，在英国却能多少感受到一些！
