Have you had a nightmare before :(?

Many people are troubled by nightmares. Nightmares reduce their quality of sleep. Nightmare are caused by watching thrillers or having problems and being stressed during the day. Incorrect sleeping posture can also cause nightmares.Nightmares are easily caused by sleeping on your stomach or having your heart oppressed .Also,being sick can probably cause nightmare too.
We can avoid nightmares by watching and reading relaxed and happy books or videos instead of trillers and ghost stories.In addition,don't use your brain too much before going to bed.
