I want to know it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want to know!
(ex) I havem been watching a movie since 5 oO'clock
Becuase you started watching the movie in the past, you use the past tense form of I am - have been. Also 'I have' may be contracted to I've.
I've been watching a movie since 5 o'clock.

Can you tell me, whatow is the difference between these sentences?
Sentence 1 is happening now, present tense. You are currently runing along the river.
Sentence 2 is past tense, it happened earlier. You were running along the river.
Because sentence 2 uses exclusively past tense, it is implied that you are no longer running along the river. You have stopped running along the river.
In your earlier example if you said "I have been running along the river since 5 o'clock" then it is implied that you started running along the river at 5'oclock, and you are still running along the river.
Then, are there the differences between these sentences;
I was running along the river.
I have been running along the river
(ex) I have been watching a movie since 5 o'clock
Can you tell me what is the difference (/ how these sentences are different.) between these sentences?
2. I have been running along the river: This means one of two things: a) you run along the river often as in "I have been running along this river since I was five". In this context the speaker means that he has jogged along this river at a regular interval since he was 5 (assumedly not non-stop).
b)This could also mean that you have been running along the river for a certain amount of time, you are talking about your run in the past tense. Ex: I've been running along this river for an hour.
If you said "I have run along this river", you are talking about a past action that is complete, you are not currently running.
