Sat May 25 14:55:03 UTC 2013 Sat May 25 14:55:03 UTC 2013 Lang-8 http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/tech/rss Lang-8 After I took the car for a grocery, I tried to park it backwards, I reversed trying to fit into the space and then I slightly moved forward trying to center the car into the space, then reversed it again. Inadvertently while still on a slanting direction, I stepped on the wrong pedal and hit the next car parked beside the space I was trying to park in, it resulted a denture as big as a water melon on the side of the other car.
So, I got really shocked at that moment since I have never had such accident before.
I tried to reach the owner of the other car to inform her. But I didn't know her room number. I waited for her for about 3 hours to come out then apologized for what had happened. We had to contact the insurence company to arrange the rapair of the dent on her car.

I run as fast as I could and hid myself behind pillars. But the first bear ran furiously and got right in front of my eyes, as I leaned backwards trying to avoid its attack, the second bear caught me and took off my head, chew it and immediately spit it out as if it was not tasty and left right away! I know, it is absolutely disgusting! :-S
I think my imaginations are bit over the top sometimes. But seriously, this one scared the hell out of me. :(

I just followed what the teacher told me while I was on the driver's seat driving the school owned vehicle. However, I almost bumped onto a car coming out of the service area on the left side trying to get back on the lane. Of course I was driving on the priority lane and, I didn't know what to do when I saw that car coming at a full speed trying to get in my way! Those cars must accelarate to a full speed right when entering the expressway to avoid obstructing the flow of the traffic. At the same time, they must pay full attention to the oncoming cars from the right. Therefore, I say that, driving the expressway is not safe at all. Just one mistake could end up lives! My passengers are my responsibilities! So I had to drive extra careful because of them. It is indeed fun to drive but not in that speed. It scared the hell out of me. Phew!!!

問題1 The oncoming vehicle stopped and the headlights were blinked. What kinds of things should you be careful of? (so there is a drawing shown on the trial test: 場面は、 交差点に私は右折する、信号が青になってる対向車に止まってくれたトラックがblinkerで道を私に譲ったと伝えてる。so, I am being asked, what are te precautions that I should take. But the format of the statements below is buffling me particularly the third one ③. Please help me, Thank you so much!

① The track transferred the course, so I turned to the right quickly therefore.

② The two-wheeled vehicle goes straight from the blind spot in the track, so I turn to the right carefully while noting the blind spot in the track.

③ It secretly becomes and the situation of a right congestion vehicle right turn ahead is not seen so much, so I turn to the right while noting the crossing of the pedestrians etc.


Ps. All the problems on the trial test were translated like this. So I am having a BIG TROUBLE!!!

私が気づく事が出来なかったのはとても悔しいで。でも前に向かないとダメですよね～だから、この犬の事をぜったいに大事にするって決めました。
