This morning we knew our test score but my test score is not good. I decide hard work every day that can improve my English , I need serious do my homework every day and also remember some words as well listen to English broadcast. I must insist do it .

I decided that hard work every day that can help me to improve my English. I need to do my homework seriously every day and also remember some words as well listen to English broadcasts.
I must insist do it .
Decided to + do action = I decided to go home early today as I had a cold.
Decided on + the choice that you or someone else selected = I decided on the red dress because it was cheaper.
Decided that + the actual contents of the decision (should be a choice out of more than 1 choices) = I decided that it is better to sleep early than to watch TV till late.
