花の色はうつりにけりないたづらに、わが身世にふるながめせしまにってどういう意味ですか？

百人一首ですね。難しいですね。

「桜の花の色は、むなしく衰え色あせてしまった、春の長雨が降っている間に。
私の美貌が衰えたように、恋や世間のもろもろのことに思い悩んでいるうちに。」
というような意味です。

"The flowers withered,
Their color faded away,
While meaninglessly
I spent my days in the world
And the long rains were falling."
