As a child, I loved to swim. Unfortunately, for the past 2 years it hasn't been a part of my life because I don't have easy access to an outdoor pool.
The lady in this video lost her son as a result of a drowning accident. She went on to turn her personal tragedy into teaching thousands of minority children to swim as they are much more likely to die by drowning.
I should do more to work with my daughter on swimming. She is an okay swimmer, but it reminds me that maybe this summer we should go to the pool. ;-)
Let's all remember that swimming, apart from being a great exercise and a lot of fun, is an important skill to know.

Do you prefer outdoor pools rahter than indoor ones? There's lots of indoor swimming pools in Taiwan with SPA (LOL). I love to use the SPA after swimming, fantastic.
