Stay positive

There are lots of things going on in our daily lives, such as good things and bad things.
If something bad happens in your life, how do you change your mind and shift to the bright and positive way?
Heres are my ideas...

1. Do exercies
2. Meditation
3. Read the positive article or book
4. Get into sleep earlier than the usual time

I would like to add some more ideas to prevent from the bad and detrimental feelings.
Unless I have negative feelings, I will be able to get more productive days.
