Recently, I was greatly busy, but I have no any material for writing my journal.
I don't even know what I did for few days :P
Anyway, a few days earlier, I went to beach near here with my friends.
There are a lot of kangaroo there.
When we passed by beach, one of kangaroo diretly looked at us.
So we took photos of her, and then I looked closely, she had a baby in her pocket.
That was hugely amazing, so one of my friends screamed looking at that.
Then, kangaroo posed like attacking us.
So we hurriedly ran away.
There are a lot of wonderful things in Australia.
Oneday, I will travel all around this country.
I don't even know what I did for few days :P

You can also say, "I have been very busy, but I don't have anything to write about in my journal."
I can't even remember what I did for a few days :P
Anyway, a few days ago, I went to a beach near here with my friends.
There are a lot of kangaroos there.
When we passed by the beach, one of kangaroos looked directly at us.
That was really amazing, so one of my friends screamed when he (or she) saw it.
Then, the kangaroo posed like it was attacking us.
One day, I will travel all over this country.

"greatly busy" sounds a bit awkward
I don't even know what I did for the past few days :P
"Don't even know" is not grammatically wrong, but I also suggest "can't even remember".
When we passed by the beach, one of the kangaroos directly looked at us.
So we took photos of her, and then when/as I looked closely, I saw that she had a baby in her pouch.
"pouch" is the more accepted term for this
That was hugely really/so/extremely amazing, so one of my friends screamed when he/she saw it.
"hugely amazing" is also awkward
Then, kangaroo posed like attacking us, so we hurriedly ran away.
