When I came here, the one of the suprising thing is that there is no heating.
But that doesn't mean the weather in here is very warm in Autumn and Winter because the temperature even falls by ten degrees below zero.
So, the people who live in this region should use the electric pad, which I have no yet... T_T;;
These days, when I was sleeping, I was stood awakened from my slumber by a cold temperature several times.
Then, I thought, 'I'm gonna buy a electric pad in any wise as soond as I wake up.'
But in the daytime, the temperature is very warm, and the people even were short sleeved shirts, even childen.
So, I don't remember that I thought last night.

Since you were already awake when you thought this, you should say "get up" instead. :)

People don't often use T_T in English. We tend to use a sad face :( or a crying sad face :*(

The seasons are common nouns, except for special cases like in poems
"Falls to ten degrees" means it becomes 10 degrees.
"Falls by" means 10 degrees lower.
So, the people who live in this region should use an electric pad, which I don't have yet.
"Should" is okay because it can also mean "have to" or "obligation/necessity". "Should" is not only a "suggestion".

"even" is when something is not part of the group. A "child" is a "person", so it is not "outside" the group "people".
So, I forget about my predicament the previous night.
"Last night" is when you are talking about the night before TODAY.
My suggestion has a different meaning than the other suggestion.
If you were talking about the "thought to buy an electric pad", you can say "I forget about buying an electric pad."
