When I was yonger, I used to build a variety of buildings and vehicles with Lego with my older brother.
We have alot of Lego, we kept it in three boxes which was 50 centimetre wide and long.
My brother always brought new Logo kit from somewhere.
I was not curious about that at that time, but I'm starting curious about that becuase of this writing.
Where did my brother bring that Lego..
Anyway, It's very exciting work to build new buildings that was in our brains.
We plyed with Lego for a long time about ten years and it disappeared when we moved.
I remember this memory sometimes, I miss that time.

"A variety of" and "various" are both correct, but I prefer saying "various". It sounds much simpler.
"with Lego with" is correct but it sounds a bit awkward. We can change "with Lego" to "using Lego" for variation.
We have a lot of Lego, and we kept it them ("Lego pieces") in three boxes which was were 50 centimeters in width and length.
American spelling is "centimeters"
"[50 cm] wide and [30 cm] long" is okay,
but "[50 cm] wide and long" sounds a bit off.
I was not curious about that at that time, but I'm starting to get/become curious about that now because of this writing as I am writing this. (another idea)
"Now" would make the idea clearer
Where did my brother get (all) that Lego...?
When you use ellipses (...), make sure there are 3 dots.
Writing "...?" can be used for creative purposes. Just don't use it in strict formal writing.
Anyway, it was very exciting work to build new buildings (that) we imagined in our heads/minds. (not "brain")
"it's" = "it is"
"it's" = "it was" is okay only for speaking
AND I do not agree with "Anyways".
I remember this memory experience / these moments sometimes. I miss that time those times/moments (when my brother and I played with Lego).
