I went to Toowoomba with my three friends yesterday.
It was really long time that we arrived there from brisbane.
There are many beatiful view on it way.
When I saw those views I thought, "I have to take photography!!" but I forgot that I brought my camera, so I just took photography by iPhone unavoidably ...
Anyways, weather was really nice, a litte bit hot though.
I would have liked to see kangaroos but they didn't come out in front of us.

Photography is the art of taking photographs, but a photograph is the picture. "that I brought" isn't necessary. "a photo" is informal for "a photograph."

It took a really long time that we arrived for us to arrive/get there from Brisbane.
There are were many beautiful views on/along the way. (but I prefer "along the way")
When I saw those views I thought, "I have to take a photograph!!" but I forgot (to bring) my camera, so I just took photos/a photo by using/through my iPhone unavoidably /instead ...
"Unavoidably" is okay, but it sounds a bit awkward. I would prefer "instead".
Anyway, the weather was really nice, though it was a litte bit hot / but it was a little bit hot though.
"Anyways" is a nonstandard word. It is used colloquially to add some "style", but I suggest not using it at all.
