Normally, when someone is willing to learn a foreign language, problems show up and we have to tackle them if we want to succeed in our assignment.
One of the most well-known problems is the lack of free time in order to learn a foreign language. Learning a foreign language entails to invest some of our free time. However, most of us complain about we don't have enough time to learn a foreign language. Honestly, I don't think it's a good reason to avoid to devote, at least, one hour of audio content every day.
Adding one hour audio throughout the 24 hours that make up a day is something that we can attain easily. I'm going to explain how I can fulfill my audio aims.
The first thing I do when I get up every morning is to take my Ipod in which I have some English podcasts. While I'm preparing my breakfast or cleaning my home, I'm listening to English podcast. While I'm going to my office to work I carry with me my Ipod and podcasts. While I'm reading the newspaper, I have BBC radio turned on.
In summary, you don't have any excuse to add 1 hour audio every day, even if you are the busiest person of the world. Make this endeavour and you will be rewarded in your learning process.

I would replace "take" with "turn on" or "grab" just to make is sound more natural.
While I'm preparing my breakfast or cleaning my home, I listen to an English podcast.
While I'm going to my office to work I carry with me my Ipod and podcasts.
I didn't want to change this too much, but I might say:
"I listen to English podcasts on my commute to work."
"I carry my Ipod while I'm going to my office."
etc..
In summary, you don't have any excuse to not add 1 hour of audio every day, even if you are the busiest person of the world.
