For the term アジア人ですか, why does the 人, sound like ひと instead of じん?
And when should I know which sound to make when speaking?

When use noun + 人, it sound like じん ( a few exception)
For examples,アジアじん,アメリカじん,カナダじん、カンコクじん、、、、

I think "人" is pronounced "JIN" when the "人" is combined with the country name. But it is pronounced "HITO" or "BITO" when it is combined with Japanese words such as "恋人”(KOIBITO) or "天下人”(TENKABITO). OH,MY!!! "愛人"is(AIJIN).
