Recently, My house of call has changed baristas.
최근에 내 단골집 바리스타가 바뀌었다.
A coffee have been tasted bad.
커피 맛이 엉망이 되었다.
From now, I have to cut the coffee and save some money.
앞으로는 커피를 줄이고 돈도 아껴야겠다.

Recently, my usual coffee shop changed its barista.
The coffee has been tasting bad.
From now, I have to cut coffee and save some money.
I don't know if that makes sense.

Since it comes in a can, it always has the same good taste. :)
However, if the coffee doesn't taste good, I would feel/get really angry.

"cut down on" is a phrasal verb that can mean "reduce"
