Since you called him Joe already, it makes more sense to say "full name" here so restating doesn't sound redundant (which can be a problem in English).
He's quite dangerous, for he's really strong.
But,He was dangerous Bad boy.
"Bad boy" doesn't sound very 'strong' per say.
