In the past month, some times my journal entries were corrected, but I have not understood all of the corrections. Here are 3 questions that I have been being puzzled by. Could you please tell me why?
Wrong: Finally, I got a break to write this entry.
Right: Finally, I got a break and my opportunity to write this entry.
Finally, I got a break and was able to write this entry.
Is this also wrong: I could't find a break to reply you all the day.
Wrong: I promised a friend to write a journal entry.
Right: I promised a friend that I would write a journal entry.
What is the different between "I feel like" and "I feel that"?

This sounds like you were given a break for the reason of writing an entry.
Right: Finally, I got a break and an opportunity to write this entry.
This is more like you got a break from work and thus an opportunity. The break was not given for the purpose of writing an entry though.
Finally, I got a break and was able to write this entry.
This is fine too.
Is this also wrong: I could't find a break to reply you all the day.
You might instead say :
"I couldn't find the time to reply to you all day."
or
"I didn't have a break (from work) so I couldn't reply to you all day."
Wrong: I promised a friend to write a journal entry.
It is almost right, the meaning is clear but it sounds unnatural.
"I promised to write an journal entry" is OK though. I think the "promised" and "to" must be together.
What is the different between "I feel like" and "I feel that"?
"I feel that" is more like you are giving a solid opinion on something.
"I feel that there is not enough done for the environment"
"I feel like" sounds like more personal feelings.
"I feel like I don't know enough Mandarin"
But they are very similar and a lot of the time can be used interchangeably.

This is really difficult to answer, because there are so many variables. Your original sentence is not totally wrong, but definitely colloquial. "to" implies that the specific reason for the break, was in order to write an entry on lang-8, which seems unlikely.
So it would sound quite natural to say:
"Finally, I got a break to have lunch"
because "lunch" was the specific reason for the break.
Some more examples based on your original sentence:
"Finally, I got a break, in which to write this entry" (a little formal)
"Finally, I got a break, to write this entry in" (looks a lot like your original, but is actually the colloquial version of the previous example, would probably get corrected if you wrote it on lang-8)
More natural sounding:
"Finally, I got a break and wrote this entry"
"Finally, I got a break and could write this entry"
"Finally, I got a break and so could write this entry"
"Finally, I got a break so I could write this entry"
Alternatively also possible:
"Finally, I took [could take] a break to write this entry."
Because here you are using "take" which implies that you have some responsibility and control over your breaks, so you could have decided to take one specially to write on lang-8. It still sounds a bit odd, because most people would think there are more important reasons for a break, like having a rest, having a snack/drink, etc.
Is this also wrong: I could't find a break to reply you all the day. (definitely a bit awkward and/or colloquial sounding)

This is what I would say anyway. Sometimes American usage is different and, of course, it often depends on the habits (which may even be wrong!) of the native speaker.

Grammatically, this is fine. There may be a slight difference in meaning though.
Right: I promised a friend that I would write a journal entry.
Also fine.
