I read an article that describes how doing regular exercise is beneficial for our mental health.

The study shows that people who exercise have 1.5 times fewer " bad days" than non-exercisers.

Team sports is ideal because it reduces isolation and improves resilience.

I think doing sports is a good way for a change, but team sports is not my cup of tea, because it sometimes requires team work skills and competitiveness.

I expect relaxation from physical activities.
