When a man want to marry a woman, he should propose to marry.And then if she will accept to him, it will be settled marriage.(vice versa.)
It is a same as Japan.
But in going out case,it is difference Japanese and foreigners.
In Japan, when a man want to go out with a woman, he have confess to her.
For example, he will say "Do you go out with me?".
If she accept to him, it will be settled going out.
But in foreign country,he doesn't say anything,if he has sexual relationship with her.
When he introduce her to his fiend,she can know relationship then for the first time.
I feel for woman who go out with foreign men.(I'm sorry.I think only about this)
I think that she will be worried about their settled going out with him or not.
The men should show relationship clearly for the women.
