I don't really conceive that this appears more of a Japanese cuisine than other orthodox ones.(｡･･)
However, I still speculate that at least flavoring used in that is Japanese ones.LOL I also chose ingredients after checking into the refrigerator.(*^^)v
What I chose this time were beansprouts, shiitake mushrooms, chinese chives, bamboo shoots and beef.☆☆First, fried beef, then cut-bamboo shoots, lastely beansprouts and chinese chives with salad oil.
Then, this time I flavored it with 味覇. ♥♥
Very simple, but an ambrosial dish, especially for my sons.(｡･･｡) However, 味覇 isn't Japanese flavoring, I guess. Virtually I have several patterns in flavoring sauteed food.
・Flavor with soy sauce, a pitch of salt and cooking sake.
・Flavor with soy sause, a pitch of salt and sweet sake for seasoning.
・Flavor just with salt or soy sauce.
I speculate that they sounds to be able to add little difference to dishes.（×_×）
However, surprisingly they do, and we can enjoy a few different savor.ヽ(^0^)ﾉヽ(^0^)ﾉ
Not that the menu of this day's dinner was only one above, I conceive that it'll be too long to read and correct if I wrote every of them.ヽ(^｡^)丿
