私、瀾さんが毎日がんばって書いておられるのを見て、私もがんばってみようかなという気に少しなったんです。
私の場合は 本当に少しずつ、のつもりです。
皆と話したいから、毎日がんばって書き続けます。

You actually have the tenses of the sentences switched: the "if" conditional needs to be present tense, and the "then" needs to be future tense (because it's what you hope will happen in response to what you might possibly do now). It can't be the other way around.
We almost always say "a little better", not "better a little", though it's not technically incorrect.
Although "just" and "only" can have overlapping meanings, I would use "just" here because it's more neutral. "Only one..." always sounds like the amount of whatever it is is very disappointing.
"Everyday" is an adjective (like everyday habits, for example). A space between "every" and "day" makes it a declaration of intent.
