It is raining here, now
지금 여기는 비가 내리고 있어요
Today's weather is feeling like my mind in yesterday
오늘 날씨가 어제 제 마음 처럼 느껴집니다.
I went to hopital because my mother was ill yesterday
어제 어머니께서 아프셔서 병원에 다녀왔어요
She told me to breathe hard so we went to take a taxi at a hospital.
어머니께서 숨쉬기가 힘들다고 제게 말씀하셨어요 그래서 우리는 택시를 타고 병원에 갔어요
After we arrievd at hospital, I lead my mother in Emergency Room
병원에 도착한 후, 어머니를 모시고 응급실로 갔습니다.
My mother had many tests, afrer a while I could hear a docter said "She is normal"
어머니는 많은 검사를 받으셨고, 많은 시간이 흐른 후 의사 선생님께 괜찮다는 말을 들을 수 있었다.
we came back home after my mother took a rest in Emergency Room for many times.
몇 시간 동안 응급실에서 어머니께서 안정을 취하신 후 다시 집으로 돌아왔습니다.

I went to the hospital because my mother was ill yesterday.
She told me to breathe hard she had difficulty breathing / she couldn't breathe so we went to take took a taxi to a hospital.
After we arrived at the hospital, I lead my mother to the Emergency Room
My mother had many tests, but after a while I could hear heard a doctor said "She is (now) normal okay/fine". (This sounds more natural.)
We came back home after my mother took a rest in the Emergency Room for many times several hours.

I thin kthat the second 'felt' is necessary to indicate that it is the way your mind feels is similar to the weather, not your mind itself.

She told me it was hard (for her) to breathe, so we took a taxi to a hospital.
I think you use '에' or '에서' to indicate 'at' or 'to', but these words are different in English. 'At' is when you exist somewhere, whereas 'to' is when you are going somewhere.
After we arrieved at the hospital, I lead my mother to the Emergency Room.
You could also say 'into the Emergency Room.'
My mother had a lot of tests, but after a while a docter said she was okay.
More natural, imho (in my humble opinion).
We came back home after my mother had taken a rest in the Emergency Room for a long time.

After we arrived at the hospital, I took (went with) my mother to the Emergency Room
She had a lot of tests done, but after a while the doctor told us that she was okay.
We went back home after my mother rested for a while in the Emergency Room. < 100% 맞아요.
