I woke up at 6 today and went back to sleep again. When I got up at 9, I felt heavily headache . There was nobody else at home, which made me sick physically and spiritually. Now I'm working on my cover letter in public library, but low-effective. I may go to eat dim-sum with my friends at 2. You know, yum food is always the best medicine.

Feeling Sick
I woke up at 6 today and then went back to sleep again.
When I got up at 9, I felt heavily a terrible headache.
There was nobody else at home, which made me feel sick both physically and spiritually emotionally.
Spiritually isn't exactly the right word here. Spiritual means relating to personal faith or religion. You could say "emotionally", which sounds a little more accurate.
Now I'm working on my cover letter in a public library, but low-effective it's not very productive.
You know, yummy food is always the best medicine.
Sick as a Dog
I woke up at 6 a.m. today and immediately went back to sleep again.
When I got up at 9, my head was pounding.
No space before a period.
I was "Home Alone," just like the movie by that name, which made me sick physically and spiritually.
Now I'm trying to work on my cover letter in public library, but it's not working well and I'm not very productive.
I may go to eat dim-sum with my friends at 2 a.m.
