M y friend Lena is a Doctor.She works in Berlin and Lives here,too. She comes from Italy.She is very busy everyday and works ten hours a day.She can speak English,German and Italish.She loves playing tennis in her free time.On Saturday she trains with her team at tennis club. And she relaxes on Sonday,because she is usually very busy from monday to Saturday !

I guess you meant Lena speaks the Italian language since you mentioned she's from Italy. The word "Italish" is a comparatively new word generated for "Italian-English hybrid dialect".
I know you're in Germany right now and I'm really envious =)
I've only learnt a little bit of German when I was in college. I wish I could write in German like you do =____=
