Japanese is classified as a high contextual language. So,sometimes,
translation to low contextual language is hard work.
Especially, translation of Oyakusho-Kotoba (bureaucratic words) is very
hard work.....
First step is translation from Oyakusho-Kotoba into nomal Japanese.
Second step is translation from nomal Japanese into English....(> <;
