I have a cute baby girl.
She has begun to walk recently.
She is still 1 year old.
I am looking forward that she will be able to run.
私には可愛い娘がいます。
最近歩き始めました。
彼女はまだ1歳です。
私は彼女が走ることが出来るようになることを楽しみにしています。

I am looking forward to her being able to run. ("Look forward to" is a set phrase, and we always use a noun or gerund after it.)
She recently started walking.
I am looking forward that to the day when she will be able to run.
OR: Recently, she began to walk .
OR: She is still (only)1 years old. (Note: We say "I have a two year old daughter" or "My daughter is two years old")
