* TURKEY *

I'd had no idea about Turkey before I can make some Turkish friends. I'm a bit confused by this sentence not quite sure what you mean so I'll give you two different sentences :P. First sentence "I need to learn about Turkey before I can make some Turkish friends" and second "I've made some Turkish friends before I even knew much about the country" ok I lied here's a third one, but it pretty much means the same as the second sentence just a different way of saying it closer to how you have your sentence "I didn't know much about Turkey, but I've still made some Turkish friends". If you can explain the idea you were trying to get across I can help you with a sentence if none of these sentences work. :)

But now I'm interested in Turkey so much.

Some girls wear scarves on their head, but some don't.

It seems that wearing scarves isn't compulsory.

Girls are beautiful, and boys are handsome, because they have gentle eyes. (Don't need to capitalize pronouns).

Turkish people are friendly, they like to gathering together, (The sentence is still a bit weird maybe say "They like social gatherings")

they like to laugh a lot, and they like to tell jokes.

Turkish people are proud of their country.

Nowadays, I'm belly dancing dance on Youtube alone in my room XD

To try to get rid of my stress!

I hope I can continue it for a long time since I'm easy to be satiated :( (I feel like that sentence has some sexual undertones with it, not sure if that's what you meant. Assuming we're still talking about relieving stress here I'd say something like "I hope I can continue to do it for a long time, cause it's an easy way to relieve stress").

It's a good exercise, because I've gained sooooooooo much weight :(

Their culture attracts me..

They have European aspects and Asian ones at the same time.

For me, I feel rather can relate to their Asian aspects. (Not sure what you're trying to say, best guess)

Because their religion came from Asian, they are a very religious nation.

Also Turkish have grammar rules which are similar to Japanese or Chinese, but not to western languages.
