するめ〜dried squid〜

I like this food, Surume, which is a dried squid by sunshine after fishing. Even though it is not good for high blood pressure to eat it due to the saltiness, it suits Sake, Japanese alcohol. Interestingly, children who live near seaside seem to eat it as a afternoon snack. When I traveled the seaside, a boy got on the same train chewing it. Some people in Japan use it as a diet food, because it satisfy their apatite easily before having meals. However, in most of situations, people eat it as a appetizer for alcohol. My father often ate it watching Japanese base ball game on television. When I was a little, I ate it with my finger from my father. That I eat it is kinda his teaching.
