Cambridge is the most popular city for study in the UK.
A few months age, I went to Oxford, and it was really beautiful and great city.
However,I was absolutely disappointed about Cambridge.
Because the weather was totally terrible:( it was raining when I arrived there.
And when we go to a punting departure, it was heavy raining too.
It was raining whole day in Cambridge, so I couldn't do anything whatever I want.
I really wanna see the bridge of mathematics and the bridge of sighs during the punting.
Now, I am totally depressed, but I have just one happy thing.
I met my best friend from Spain. She is my friend in my uni, and she is a exchange student who is studying in Spain, and she came to London for visiting me. We made a plan to Cambridge together. Even though we couldn't enjoy time in Cambridge, we were happy spending time together. We haven't met more than six months. I came back to London again, and she is staying in Cambridge for 1 day. We have met a few hours, however we are going to Germany October festival together :-) I am really expecting it will be better than today.

"Wanna" is short for "want to" and should only be written in informal situations.

You need two clauses to use "because".
Even when you are using smilies, you need to put a period at the end of a sentence.
Also, when we went to a punting departure, it was still raining heavily.
What do you mean by "punting" here?
It rained the whole day while I was in Cambridge, so I couldn't do everything I wanted.

It sounds more natural as two sentences. Also, "who is" is possible, but a bit strange in this context.
