I have lived there for around 2 years.
Starting from next year I would have lived here for 3 years.
I have been living in London for around 3 months.
But at the start of February 2013, I would have lived in London for 1 year!
I still haven't been to Italy and it's 2012...

"will have been living" is fine, but "will have lived" seems a little more natural. I think "will have been living" seems like grammar practice: correct but unnatural.

The grammar is correct here, but the meaning is unclear. "I might have ..." means you are guessing about what you did. For example:
I've lost my keys! Hm... I might have left them in the car.
I don't think you are guessing about whether you went on a diet, so I've changed the sentence to mean what I think you mean. :)

The grammar is good. I corrected it for American style, but I'm not sure how the British would say this. :)

There should be no comma if "because" begins the second clause. If it begins the first, it's OK:
I am happy because I eat donuts.
Because I eat donuts, I am happy.
You don't have to say "Barcelona" twice because it is clear you are still talking about Barcelona.
