In modern world, the population of people is increasing especially in developing countries. It is time to take measures to reduce the number of people .Some governments say how many children a family can have in their country. They may control the number of children someone has through taxes. It is agreed that sometimes necessary and right for a government to control the population in this way. We take such measures can not only make the eugenics to be implemented and can make our economy has certainly improved.
