Good afternoon, everyone,” Mr. Wang says with a smile.
Good afternoon, teacher.” All students speak loudly.
“Today, we talk a very popular topic which is namedoffice politics’, but, what isoffice policy’? I think it myself, ‘office politics’ is means that someone who will combat with others relentlessly in order to obtain the most benefit for himself. Ok, do you have any suggestions about it? Now, please display it and give me you proof. ”Mr. Wang says.
“I thinkoffice politics’ is not good for the relationship between colleagues, but, you know that we are in the special world which has limited resources and superabundant people. So the result is inevitable. However, I think it could bring some positive influence, for instance: it could inspire the members of organization to work harder than before, and could enhance the competitive power.” Sheldon says.
“I do not agree with Sheldon, the fierce combat could produce negative effect which could influence the productivity of companies” Howard says.
The two sights are supported by many students in the class, but, nobody seems to capitulate to somebody who is supporting the opposite opinion. Finally, Mr. Wang says, “the statements is so wonderful and brilliant, but, the important thing is that everyone has learnt the merits and drawbacks ofoffice politics’, so we could be more confident when we deal with the things of the sort.”
