Firstly, happiness comes from the enviroment you live in, which can make you laugh, sad, cry or charmed. For example, the leader, who can’t get along with his family or staff, will be lonely and depressed. The success career can’t substitute what a harmony relationship brings to him, either wealth can. What makes one really happy is the people around bring.

Secondly, the material item is temporary and you can gain it from varies methods and time, but the ralationships cannot. For instance, while you hurt a friend to pursue your profit, you will lose the friendship forever. Friendship can understand what your suffer while career can’t, so do family love. The relationship formed with families, friends, colleagues absolutely bring what influence our emotion, incuding happiness.
