I have been working in Passenger Transport Service for 14 months.

If you want to say it in the past participle form then "have been" is correct. Also Passenger Transport Service is a specific department, I believe a proper noun so capitalize. I think it is better to say just time in months instead of year and month.

Working mainly has been with China Eastern Airlines and Eva Airlines immigration department.

Capitalize proper nouns.
