It is the first day of this month, I felt so sad. I found that I had made no pregress in learning English. When I want to say somethting, my head is always empty. Where are all words I have studied?
I exactly realize that I will not be able to learn English well if I cannot solve the problem from now.
What shall I do?

I think giving yourself as much exposure as possible may help.

So, reading and listening more would be my suggestion. The more often you see those words being used, the more likely you are to remember them.

Your English is pretty good though!

just try your hardest its hard this helps me put the English word on one side of the paper and the language your good at speaking on the other side and practice when ever you have the free time if this does not help i got something else you can try.

the only way to remember is to practice by always talking to people, maybe native speakers
