How long sleep is better for me?

Recently I set up my clock to wake me up at 7:00AM, but I can't wake up and get a sleep again.
Every night I go to bed at about 12:30 PM, therefore my sleep hours are around 6 and half hours.
Isn't it enough for me?
Had I better get longer sleep than now?
I don't know how long sleep is the best for me.
It's difficult to get a good sleep.
