One more hour

Recently I often wake up and go to bed and fall in sleep again for about one more hour every morning.
I know it's a bad habit, but I can't stop repeating this.
What's worse, what time ever I wake up, I fall in sleep for one more hour, even if I wake up at seven and half AM or eight Am.
When I wake up every morning, I feel I don't get enough sleep.
This is why I go to bed again and I feel tired daytime.
I want to stop the bad habit, so I write down about it on this entry.
But it makes me feel good to go to bed again at the moment.
