Subject: Language course
I am writing in response to your advertisement of english courses, and I would like further information about them.
Firstly, I have read that there are many activities in the afternoons, like sailing, windsurfing, etc. But, what about sports like tennis or football? Are them available too? Furthermore, I would like to know how many people are there in the groups. Personally, I would prefer to be in a not very large group.
Unfortunately, I could not arrive there on a Monday, so, could I start the course on a Wednesday? I like the idea of being in a family house, but, is it near to the school? Finally, I would also be grateful if you could inform me in detail about your prices.
Thank you in advance for your assitance, I look forward to receiving your reply
Sincerely,
Pablo

Furthermore, I would like to know how many people there are in the groups.
A direct question that ends in a question mark uses inverted word order, but not this kind of sentence.
How many people are there in the groups? <--- true question
I wonder how many people there are in the groups. <--- statement, not a question
Personally, I would prefer not to be in a not very large group.
Or, to be in a smaller group.
I like the idea of being in a family house, but, is it near to the school?
Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to receiving your reply.
Independent clauses, parts of a sentence that can stand alone, must either be made into separate sentences or separated using a semi-colon (;). Both halves of your sentence make sense alone without the other half, so they should be separated.
I know “assistance” was just a typo. :P
