I was just wondering about meaning of "caturday", so I searched a while ago.
It means cat's day of the week, isnt't it?
Is this word understood to English-speaking people?

Definitely use it if you want to. That's how all the other words came to be accepted into the various languages.

Caturday is the tradition of posting LOLcats to 4chan on Saturdays. It has since spread to other websites as well as other days of the week.
I've seen it often on forums where someone will take over a thread with cat pics, then it becomes a caturday thread and everyone posts cat pics.
I have seen lolcats.com now. It is the word produced here, doesn't it?
