I found the report about the method for reading English smoothly on the Internet.
"Read slowly" was written in that.
It's said that I will be irritated if it is reading and each question can't be solved.
I guess that's right, that I read that.
It's troublesome to read English these days.
Therefore, I can't keep on study English, so I'd like to read and understand a short sentence.
I think an English journal of Lang-8 is just for it.
I'd like to read an English journal slowly.

I'm having difficulty understanding this sentence, but I'm assuming you mean that you agree that you would be irritated? If so, you could say what is is blue instead. :)
Therefore, I can't keep on studying English, but instead I'd like to read and understand a short sentences.
I think this is a bit easier than the previous correct, but gets your point across. ;)
I think an English journal of Lang-8 is just for it. For that, I think Lang-8 is just right.(Or)For that, I think Lang-8 is perfect.
Again, I think these are easier, and flows with your style of speaking than the previous correction. All while conveying the same thing. :)
