I went to the movie "THERMAE ROMAE" after work.
"THERMAE ROMAE" is a comedy movie and the original is comics.
The meaning of "THERMAE ROMAE" is public baths of Rome.
The hero is the bath design engineer in ancient Rome, he does a time slip to present-day Japan.
Then he is shocked by the present-day baths and toilets in Japan.
This movie was very interesting, I'd like to also read original comics.
昨日仕事帰りに「テルマエ・ロマエ」と言う映画を見に行きました。
「テルマエ・ロマエ」は漫画が原作のコメディ映画です。
「テルマエ・ロマエ」とはローマの公衆浴場という意味だそうです。
主人公は古代ローマ時代の浴場設計技師で、現代の日本にタイムスリップします。
そして現代の日本の風呂やトイレに衝撃を受けます。
とても面白かったので原作の漫画も読んでみたいと思います。
