My niece belongs to a high school music club. The club hold an annual concert yesterday.
Her mother, my little sister and I went to the concert.
The first half of the concert was chorus and the second half was musical.
Club member includes my niece spent a long time practicing.
It was much better than I expected. They did very well so we enjoyed.
I admired them for their achievement.
It was a last concert for senior students.
When a teacher made a closing address, they began to cry.
After the concert they cried and hugged each other over the success.
I thought they are just in the spring of life.
Bittersweet feeling up in my heart.

You need a verb in this sentence: something like "I had a bittersweet feeling in my heart" or "A bittersweet feeling welled-up in my heart"

I don't think you really need to put students after senior as long as we know it's related to school XD.
I don't know if you already know this (since your English is quite good) in America we say:
9th grade- freshman
10th grade- sophomore
11th grade- junior
12th grade- senior
When a teacher gave the closing speech, they began to cry.
There's a bittersweet feeling in my heart.
But I have a question what does 青春まったなだかだな~
I know 青春 means something like youth, but I don't understand まったなだかだな.
I wrote my diary in informal Japanese. 青春 means yang days or the spring of life. Japanese people like this word.
まったなだか means 'in the middle of'. だな means....How can I explain this?! It's like a sigh. The word has no definite meaning.
@Musuna: I think you mean young not yang ^_^; 説明してくれてありがとうございます。
elementary school----6years
junior high school---3years
high school---3years
university---4years
Junior high- sixth to eighth grade = 3 years
High school- ninth to twelfth grade = 4 years
College- supposed to be four years, but now more and more people are taking 5 years or more to graduate!
I thought to buy a trombone for her, but she has been using a instroment owned by the school club.
Now she plays in the college band with a school's trombone.
It would be shame if she quited the club and stop playing trombone completely.
It's a good experience for her. It'll be a precious memory.
