Do you like politics? I don't like it, but I watched president Obama state of the union speech on TV lastnight. I want to write here that 3 things Obama want to do to make the U.S. better.
First,he talked about "Employment measures." Unemployment is big problem, so he wants to do job trainings for the people in this country to they find out good job.
second,he talked about "Educational issue" He opposed that student loan increas. He is thinking that spend money to education to make good students, and good teacher.
In addition, he talked about "Illegal immigration issue" The U.S. has alot of immigration. They are contributing to society in the U.S. The country needs immigration, so he said "Immigration problem needs reform."
The speech was difficult for me, but I want to do speech like him because his speech was really nice!
Thank you:)

I don't like it, but I watched President Obama's State of the Union speech on TV last night.
I want to write here the 3 things that Obama wants to do to make the U.
First, he talked about "Employment measures". Unemployment is a big problem, so he wants to organize/initiate job training (programs) for the people in this country so they can find a good job.
second,he talked about "Educational issues". He opposed increases in student loans.
He is thinking that spending money on education will create good students, and good teachers.
In addition, he talked about "the illegal immigration issue" The U.
The country needs immigration, so he said "the immigration problem needs reform."
The speech was difficult for me, but I want to do a speech like him because his speech was really nice!
I don't care for politics, but I did president Obama's state of the union speech on TV last night.
I want to write here that 3 things Obama would like to do to improve the U.S.
First,he talked about "Employment measures." Unemployment is big problem, so he wants to provide training for the people.
Second, he opposes increases in student loans.[comment: Obama's speech is about now and the future. since it IS is opinion use the present tense]
He believes in spending money on education to make good students, and good teachers.
I don't, but I watched president Obama's State of the Union speech on TV last night.
I want to write here about the 3 things Obama said he wants to do to make the U.
First, he talked about "Employment measures." Unemployment is big problem, so he wants to do job training for the people in this country so they can find good jobs. (This is what we call "mom and apple pie" -- something every politician says he's in favor of, but it doesn't mean anything. They say it just because they know almost nobody strongly disagrees with it, but it isn't something the government could ever actually do much about in practice. Next he'll talk about education...)
Second, he talked about "Educational issues." He is in favor of to student loan increases. (I didn't watch the speech, but I'm absolutely positively certain you misunderstood something here. Obama is a Democrat, and a rather liberal one at that. Under no circumstances would he ever be opposed to increased funding for student loans. That would mean he was against the increase, which would be a decidedly conservative position. Democrats want to fund almost everything, and Obama is no exception. Even a right-wing Republican who is against increasing funding would never specifically mention in a speech that he was against increasing funding for student loans in particular. That would be political suicide, because education is an "apple pie" issue -- you can't speak out against it and still have a political career in America. Someone who was really against an increase in student loans would instead talk in general terms about wanting to "balance the budget"; they wouldn't specifically mention the student loans.)
He believes that spend money on education will make good students and good teachers.
In addition, he talked about the illegal immigration issue. The U.
has a lot of immigrants.
The country needs immigrants, so he said "Immigration policies need reform." (I'm not sure what it would mean to reform a problem. You work on a problem or solve a problem, but you reform government or law or policy.)
The speech was difficult for me to understand, but I want to give speeches like him because his speech was really nice!
By the way, here's an old joke:
How can you tell when a politician is lying?
His lips move.
(The joke isn't about only Obama specifically, but all politicians.)
