My body is weak, I soon caught a cold because there is no time to rest.

今日の朝起きたら、風邪を引いてしまっていた。
私の仕事はイラストレーターなので、在宅で仕事は出来ます。
通勤する必要は無いのですが、月に一日くらいしか休みがありません。
私は元々体が弱いので、休む暇がないとすぐに風邪を引いてしまいます。

The way you wrote it is OK, but it sounds a little better as "one day off" a "day off" is the same as a "holiday" in English.
