I'm often confused about the verb, 'leave'. For examples, I can use the verb 'leave' if I put something on the table and forget to take back. But I also can use the verb 'leave' if I forgot to put something on the table. I would say that I left my pen on the table at the office in these situation. I know that it depends on the context, but is it possible to understand what is difference between my examples if someone said that. I'm sorry that it might not be the good examples. To be honest, I've not been able to explain how to do this...
