I bought a product by my credit card on your site yesterday. I then haven't understood why your company took money twice. For the second time, it was a fee of the product which I ordered. But I'm uncertain of the other. I paid 00000 by my card on my credit card statement. Can you explain what it happened? I'd apologize to you if I missed something during processing.
