Toady I went to a newly opened nearby dentist to treat my minor tooth decay. I was stunned to see its state of the art modern technologies there.
I had my teeth X-rayed, and its camera was as small as an eraser. Soon after taking a shot, a picture of my teeth appeared on a computer screen next to my chair. The dentist uses i view soft wear and explained what kind of treatment must be done.
After he removed my cavity, he showed me the picture again and explained a following treatment. Each treatment was perfectly done having an informed consent. The whole process was easy to understand for me, so I was very secured.
So far, a dental clinique is not a place I'm willing to go, but this time I can't wait until next week to accomplish it. Modern technologies contributed immensely to the development of a dental treatment.
Is it too exaggerated?
Last of all, I have a piece of advice to you.
If you find a tooth decay, even it is a small and tiny one, you should go and see a dentist right away. Consequently, you can save your money and time. The sooner, the better!

The dentist uses i view software and explained what kind of treatment must be done. ~I don't know what this means, but is this right?
Each treatment was perfectly done and for each one I gave having an informed consent.
The whole process was easy to understand for me, so I felt was very secure/safe.
So far, a dental clinique is not a place I'm willing to go, but after this time I can't wait until next week to visit there again. ~'Accomplish' sounds a bit strange in this context, because you're not carrying out the process.
Modern technologies have contributed immensely to the development of a dental treatment.

Although I agree, the technology is interesting. I had my teeth X-rayed before too, but I didn't see the picture!
I go every six months too :D hehe
Welcome to dentist-sashimi restaurant!
I know you giggled when you saw my funny sentence. You never miss my stupid mistakes.
@ yoichi You are making fun of me, aren't you? (jokeですぅ。)
Tokoro de, we native Americans have always, always said things like: "I've got a doctor's appointment, a dental appointment, an appointment with the doctor, the dentist." Also "I'm going to the doctor's/dentist's today (we drop "office" after "doctor's/dentist's." It's possessive only because the "office" is owned/rented/possessed by the doctor or dentist. See? Weird, but that's Eigo!
I don't know how that came to be, but those are the ways we speak/write when it comes to medical appointments (or hair dresser's, etc., etc.).
I sometimes laugh at my silly mistakes, and I don't care if you giggle or smile when you see my funny sentences. I'm happy if I make you smile. I do believe
the more I make mistakes, the more I'll have confidence!!
The dentist uses I View software and explained what kind of treatment must be done.
After he filled/treated my cavity, he showed me the picture again and explained a following treatment. You can't remove a cavity, as it is a hole in your tooth^^
Each treatment was perfectly done with an informed consent.

A dental clinic is not a place I'm willing to go, but this time I can't wait until next week to accomplish it. seek treatment.
"My husband makes good money working hard for a famous company, where he has been for several decades and has always received raises and annual bonuses. I feel very secure."
"The airport parking lot is very secure. It has a large number of patrol people, in-out gates/booths, and video cameras operating 24/7. So our car is very secure."
Also verb -- egg-zample*: "The storm is approaching, Captain, but don't worry, we have SECURED all the loose cargo boxes in the storage space below. They are all tied securely to the ship's walls and floors (well, bulkheads and deck!" (Navy- and commercial cargo ship-speak.) ;-)
* = John Boy being silly [as usual]. Egg-zample = example, which sounds that way when we say it.
Or: I have slight tooth decay, so toady I went to a newly opened dentist nearby to for treatment.
Last of all, I have some advice for you.
前置詞のto, とforの使い分けでよく迷います。
I have a present FOR you.(〜のために)
I need to talk TO you. (〜に)
上記の例文は、分かりやすいのですが、
I have some advice FOR you.
I have some advice for youや I have some books for youのような文は 'for'を使います。
Or: I have slight tooth decay, so toady I went to a newly opened dentist nearby to for treatment.
Last of all, I have some advice for you.
